Refund Policy

Buyer package

We unlock a purchased buyer package after payment. There is no subscription; nothing renews automatically.

Reply guarantee

You contacted at least 30 investors for one property through DealKern and did not get a single reply, not even a no, within 30 days of the first email? Then we refund what you paid for the addresses of this property.

To claim it, write to office@dealkern.com within 60 days of unlocking and name the property. Free addresses are not refunded in money. The guarantee applies once per property.

Other refunds

Beyond that, unlocked addresses are not refunded unless the law requires it. If an email bounces because the address is no longer valid, we add the address back to your balance once you report it.

Billing errors

We correct duplicate or incorrect charges. Contact us at office@dealkern.com.

Payout

We pay refunds through the payment method you used. If a payment provider was the seller (merchant of record), that provider pays out the refund.

This policy does not limit statutory rights.
